What Are the Delivery Charges?

The delivery charges are set at 250 PKR. However, if your order exceeds 3000 PKR, you will be eligible for free delivery.

Delivery Time

Our delivery time ranges between 2 to 7 working days, depending on your city. Please note the following:

• Saturday and Sunday are not included in the working days.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will have their delivery time calculated starting from the next working day
• In rare cases, such as during rush hours, adverse national conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, temporary delays may occur.

For card payments, additional security checks are conducted to ensure no fraudulent activity. Once your payment is confirmed, we will notify you and proceed with your order

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery to the courier agent.

What Happens If I Am Unable to Receive My Order?

If you are unable to receive your order upon the courier’s first attempt, the following process will take place:

1. The courier agent will make a second attempt to deliver your order after contacting you.
2. If the second attempt also fails, your order will be returned to us.
